Questions year-round schools ask
Can we use our own term names?
Yes. Choose semesters, trimesters, quarters, hexters or year-long only, or name up to twelve terms yourself and say where each one sits in the year.
Can a track be off more than once a year?
Yes. Give each stretch it’s in session, and nOS treats the track’s classes as not meeting during the breaks.
Can a rule apply to one term only?
Many can. A rule such as “Ms. Garcia can’t teach P1 in the spring” applies only in that term. Some rules, like seat caps, apply all year, and nOS tells you when a rule can’t take a term.
How much does it cost?
nOS is priced per enrolled student per year, and the rate steps down as a school grows. There is no setup fee. See the price for your school.
